1. Registered Nurse – Home Health Services

As a Registered Nurse with our Home Health Services team, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting home visits to assess patient needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

2. Medical Assistant – Medical Clinics

Join our Medical Clinics team as a Medical Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with patient intake and triage
• Performing routine clinical tasks such as vital signs and EKGs
• Preparing examination rooms and equipment
• Maintaining accurate medical records

Qualifications
