Are you passionate about floral design or balloon decoration? Do you have a keen eye for detail and love working with customers to bring their visions to life? If so, Blackshears Florist is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Florists

As a florist at Blackshears Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, holidays, and more. You will work closely with customers to understand their preferences and create custom designs that exceed their expectations.

• Experience in floral design is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and creative flair
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Balloon Decorators

Our balloon decorators play a key role in transforming event spaces with colorful and eye-catching balloon decorations. From balloon arches and columns to balloon centerpieces, you will help bring special events to life with your creative touch.

• Experience in balloon decorating is a plus
• Ability to work with different types of balloons and materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude

Balloons-Retail & Delivery

Join our retail and delivery team to help customers choose the perfect balloons for their celebrations. You will assist customers in selecting balloons, coordinating balloon deliveries, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
