In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients navigate the world of insurance and find the coverage that suits their unique circumstances.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop leads and build relationships with potential clients
• Educate clients on the different types of insurance policies available
• Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and recommend changes or additions
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Valid insurance agent license (or willingness to obtain one)
