Position: Head Chef
We are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating innovative menu items, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and a creative flair for culinary art.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and planning menus that showcase traditional Middle Eastern flavors
- Managing food inventory and ordering supplies
- Supervising kitchen staff and providing training as needed
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Middle Eastern restaurant

- Strong leadership and communication skills
