Available Positions

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

• Experienced Cooks
• Server/Waitstaff
• Food Runners
• Host/Hostess
• Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities

Experienced Cooks

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure all food is prepared fresh and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Server/Waitstaff

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Assist with setting up and cleaning tables

Food Runners

• Deliver food to customers’ tables in a timely manner
• Assist servers with ensuring food is delivered accurately
• Help with clearing and setting tables as needed

Host/Hostess

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Manage reservations and organize seating arrangements
• Assist with answering phones and taking to-go orders

Restaurant Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
• Handle inventory, ordering, and budgeting responsibilities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and ingredients a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
