Job Title: Party & Event Planner

Job Description

At I Tri Events, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Party & Event Planner to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, impeccable organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and vision
• Create detailed event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and logistical plans
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
• Manage event budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee event execution to ensure that all details are implemented according to plan
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Creative thinker with a passion for event design and execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
