Are you an experienced manager with a background in health and wellness products or essential oils? Are you passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through natural products? If so, we want you to join our team as a doTerra Essential Oils Manager!

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives in promoting and selling doTerra essential oils and wellness products
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor products
• Manage inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed effectively

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in health and wellness products or essential oils
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a sales team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health and wellness products
• Knowledge of essential oils and their benefits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
