Position: Auto Technician

As an Auto Technician at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune-Copperfield, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of vehicles. Your main duties will include performing oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and other routine maintenance tasks. You will also be tasked with conducting thorough inspections to identify any underlying issues with the vehicles and provide recommendations for necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Conducting tire rotations, balancing, and alignments
• Inspecting brakes, steering, and suspension systems
• Diagnosing and repairing engine and transmission issues
• Providing excellent customer service and clear explanations of services
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an auto technician or mechanic
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ASE certification is a plus

Position: Service Advisor

We are also looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune-Copperfield. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice on maintenance and repair services for their vehicles. You will schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assessing their service needs
• Providing accurate estimates and explanations of services
• Scheduling appointments and managing the flow of work in the shop
• Communicating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience with computerized service systems is a plus
