We are Hiring for the Position of Insurance Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend products that best fit their situation. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and helping them navigate the sometimes complex world of insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs
• Educate clients on insurance products and services
• Provide quotes and make recommendations based on clients’ needs
• Process insurance applications and paperwork
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Meet sales goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance (preferred but not required)
