Position Available: Catering Coordinator

As a Catering Coordinator at Nazif’s Grill Inc, you will play a crucial role in managing our catering events, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering outstanding service to our clients. This position involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs, coordinating all aspects of the catering process, and overseeing the successful delivery of our delicious Mediterranean dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of catering events from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients to determine their catering needs
• Create customized catering packages based on client preferences and budget
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
• Oversee event setup, including table arrangements, decorations, and utensils
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during events
• Track catering orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering or event planning is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
