Position: Line Cook

We are currently looking to add a talented and passionate Line Cook to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a love for Mexican cuisine. As a Line Cook at La Calle Tacos, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with company standards
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
