Position Available: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Islands, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking our signature dishes with precision and care. Responsibilities include:

• Following recipes and presentation guidelines
• Preparing food items in a timely manner
• Ensuring quality and consistency in every dish
• Keeping a clean and organized work station

Position Available: Server

A Server at Islands is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. Additional duties include:

• Assisting guests with menu selections
• Memorizing daily specials and promotions
• Handling payments accurately
• Maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance

Position Available: Bartender

Our Bartenders are skilled mixologists who craft delicious cocktails, serve beer and wine, and provide a welcoming atmosphere at our bar. If you have a passion for creating drinks and engaging with customers, this role is for you. Responsibilities include:

• Mixing and serving drinks according to recipes
• Engaging with guests and creating a friendly atmosphere
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized
• Adhering to responsible beverage service guidelines
