Soho Chicken is a bustling restaurant located in the heart of Soho, serving up delicious chicken dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure quality control of food and service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement promotions to drive sales
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in restaurant management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
• Ensure food presentation meets quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Adhere to food safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Position: Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns
• Upsell menu items and specials
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server preferred
• Outgoing personality with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Excellent communication skills
