If so, we want to hear from you! Hong Kong Dim Sum is currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese dishes with precision and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

2. Server

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests’ tables
• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout their dining experience

3. Dishwasher

• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
