Position: Automotive Roadside Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside service calls promptly
• Inspect vehicles to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Perform tire changes, jump-starts, lockouts, and other roadside assistance services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering fast and efficient service
• Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive roadside service is preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of automotive systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations calmly
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Position: Wheels-Aligning & Balancing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct wheel alignments and balancing services using specialized equipment
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair wheel alignment and balancing issues
• Ensure precision and accuracy in wheel alignment and balancing services
• Provide recommendations to customers for wheel maintenance and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Experience in wheels-aligning & balancing services is required
• Certification in wheel alignment and balancing is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Position: Wheels Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Mount and dismount wheels efficiently and safely
• Inspect wheels for damage and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Install and balance tires on wheels
• Ensure proper torque settings on wheel bolts
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of tires and wheels

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in wheels installation and repair is preferred
• Knowledge of tire/wheel sizes and specifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
