Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at IAH Smoke, Vape and Hookah, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your main duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries
• Explaining product features and benefits
• Processing sales transactions accurately
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Restocking merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness
• Contributing to a positive team environment

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided to the successful candidates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
