Packaging Specialist
As a Packaging Specialist at Parcel Plus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers’ packages are securely and safely wrapped for shipping. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the appropriate packaging materials for their items
- Using various tools and equipment to package items securely
- Ensuring all packages are labeled correctly and ready for shipping
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any packaging concerns
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in packaging or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and guidelines is a plus
