Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at US Construction Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. You will work closely with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure that each project is executed efficiently and according to specifications.

Position: Real Estate Developer

As a Real Estate Developer at US Construction Services, you will play a key role in identifying and acquiring land for development projects. You will be involved in every step of the process, from conducting market research to securing financing and managing construction. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying development opportunities.

Position: Building Contractor

As a Building Contractor at US Construction Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
