Are you passionate about food and customer service? Do you have a love for Chinese cuisine and culture? If so, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at China River. We have several positions available for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles.

Positions Available

Front-of-House

– Server: As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
– Host/Hostess: The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for our customers and ensures that they have a positive dining experience from the moment they walk in the door.
– Bartender: Our Bartenders create and serve a variety of drinks while engaging with customers and enhancing their overall experience.

Back-of-House

– Cook: As a Cook, you will work in the kitchen preparing and cooking dishes according to our recipes and standards.
– Sous Chef: The Sous Chef assists the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining kitchen sanitation.
– Dishwasher: The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and ensuring that dishes are washed and put away in a timely manner.

Qualifications

– Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required for all positions
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Food handler’s permit is a plus
– Must be reliable and punctual
