Educational Services

Montessori Lead Guide

• Develop and implement Montessori-based curriculum for children ages 3-6
• Conduct classroom activities that promote independence, social skills, and academic growth
• Observe and assess children’s progress and communicate with parents regularly
• Supervise classroom assistants and provide guidance and support
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events

Assistant Montessori Guide

• Assist lead guide in implementing Montessori curriculum and classroom activities
• Supervise and engage with children during work and play periods
• Support lead guide in observing and assessing children’s development
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities and school events

Preschools & Kindergarten

Preschool Teacher

• Plan and implement age-appropriate and engaging curriculum for preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, explore, and play
• Monitor children’s progress and communicate with parents about their child’s development
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and positive learning experience for students
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities

Kindergarten Teacher

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that prepares children for elementary school
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and development
• Assess children’s academic progress and provide individualized support as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to ensure student success
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and community events
