Position Available: Bankruptcy Law Attorneys/Collection Law Attorneys

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in bankruptcy and collection matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for litigation.
• Appear in court, attend hearings, and negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
• Manage caseloads efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Prior experience in bankruptcy law, collection law, or related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
