Position: Server

As a server at South Shore Grille, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Presenting menus and taking orders
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
• Providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu
• Handling payments and ensuring guest satisfaction

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Position: Line Cook

Our kitchen team at South Shore Grille is in search of a talented Line Cook to help prepare and cook our delicious American and barbecue dishes. As a Line Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and cooking food according to recipes
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities we are looking for in a Line Cook. Position: Bartender

Are you a skilled mixologist with a passion for creating delicious cocktails and providing exceptional bar service? South Shore Grille is seeking a talented Bartender to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handling cash transactions and closing out tabs accurately
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working as a Bartender in a busy bar or restaurant. Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are all qualities that we are looking for in a Bartender.
