– Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
– Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
– Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to accident and property damage cases

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the New York State Bar
– 3+ years of experience practicing accident and property damage law
– Strong research and writing skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and service
