About Us
P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is an Asian-themed casual dining restaurant chain founded in 1993. We are committed to providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience by serving fresh, made-from-scratch dishes inspired by traditional Chinese cuisine. With over 200 locations worldwide, we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Line Cook
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in a wok or on a grill.
- Fulfill all orders according to P.F. Chang’s recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
2. Server
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of our menu and the ability to upsell items.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
3. Bartender
- Create and serve a variety of beverages for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
