Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Smoke Alley, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect smoke-related products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position requires a passion for the smoke industry, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding and selecting smoke-related products
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of smoke-related products (cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, pipes, vaping, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
