About Us:

Imperio Ballroom is a premier events venue located in the heart of the city. We specialize in hosting elegant weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Event Coordinator

• Plan and coordinate events from start to finish
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
• Manage event timelines and budgets
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure client satisfaction

2. Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Prepare and present proposals to clients detailing event packages and pricing
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely payment processing

3. Banquet Server

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
• Clear tables and clean up after events
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about the events industry. The following qualifications are required for each position:

Event Coordinator

• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

Sales Manager

• Demonstrated sales experience in the events or hospitality industry
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools

Banquet Server

• Prior experience as a server or in the food service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
