Position Available: Home Builder

Job Description:
– Construct new homes from the ground up, following architectural plans and specifications
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress
– Manage budgets and timelines effectively
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in home building
– Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
– Excellent communication and project management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Description:
– Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously

Requirements:
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in general contracting

– Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred)

– Proficiency in project management software
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– OSHA certification (preferred)
