Job Title: Credit & Debt Counselor

Job Description:

As a Credit & Debt Counselor at Credit Glory Credit Repair, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients seeking to improve their credit scores and manage their debts. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans to address their specific financial needs and goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive credit evaluations for clients
• Creating customized credit repair plans
• Negotiating with creditors on behalf of clients
• Providing ongoing financial education and counseling
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit & debt counseling
• Strong understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Certification in credit counseling is a plus
