Job Title: Labor & Employment Law Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on labor and employment law matters to clients
- Represent clients in labor disputes, employment litigation, and other related legal proceedings
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Title: Immigration Law Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration matters
- Assist clients with visa applications, green card petitions, and citizenship applications
- Represent clients in immigration hearings and appeals
- Stay current on changes in immigration laws and policies
- Work closely with clients to achieve their immigration goals
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
