Position: General Merchandise/Variety Stores Specialist

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are readily available for customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering to ensure optimal stock levels
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
• Stay up to date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless shopping experience
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of excellence

Requirements:

• Prior retail experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
