Job Opportunity: Human Relations Counselor

The Way Education and Counseling Center, LLC is a leading organization dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being through counseling services, support groups, and educational programs. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Relations Counselor to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help clients overcome personal challenges and achieve their goals
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the needs and preferences of each client
• Provide support and guidance to clients in navigating life transitions and difficult situations
• Collaborate with other members of the counseling team to ensure holistic care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality standards
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance counseling skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or related field
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines
