Job Description

If you are passionate about cars and have a strong mechanical aptitude, then this position is perfect for you! As an Auto Technician at A Autoworks, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Your job duties will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, and electrical issues
• Conducting thorough inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
• Communicating with customers to explain needed repairs and costs
• Working efficiently and accurately to complete repairs in a timely manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ASE certification is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in auto repair and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
