Auto Repair & Service Technician

Protect A Car is a leading provider of vehicle protection plans and services across the country. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Repair & Service Technician to join our team in providing high-quality repairs and maintenance to our customers’ vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles, such as engine problems, transmission issues, and electrical malfunctions
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and safety concerns
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations and provide estimates for services
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose issues and ensure proper repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards and efficiency

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Auto Repair & Service Technician
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• ASE certification is a plus
