We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Meeting & Event Planner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize meetings and events for clients
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
• Create event timelines and manage event budgets
• Provide on-site support during events
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and provide creative solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in meeting and event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in event planning software is a plus
