Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Pine-Apple Xpress Smoke Shop, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, restocking products, and staying up to date on the latest trends in the smoking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of cigars, cigarettes, tobacco products, pipes, and smokers’ articles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be at least 18 years of age
