Job Title: Optician

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Optician to join our team at Spring Branch Eye Care Center. The Optician will work closely with our optometrists and patients to provide exceptional service and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients in selecting and fitting frames
• Helping patients choose appropriate lens options
• Adjusting and repairing eyewear
• Providing guidance on proper eyewear care
• Processing orders and maintaining inventory

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State-issued Optician license
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
