Position: Restaurant Server

We are currently seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. As a Restaurant Server at Grand Lux Cafe, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Deliver orders accurately and timely
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position: Line Cook

Do you have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes? Grand Lux Cafe is looking for talented Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards while following food safety guidelines. If you have a culinary background and thrive in a kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes
• Cook and plate food items as per menu specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow food safety standards and regulations
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Prior culinary experience or culinary school education preferred
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
