Position: Banquet Hall Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down event spaces according to the event order
• Attend to guests’ needs during events, including serving food and beverages
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the banquet hall and surrounding areas
• Assist with event coordination and execution, working closely with the event planning team
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and guests

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Position: Catering Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembly
• Plate and garnish dishes according to the chef’s instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
• Help with inventory management and stocking supplies
• Provide support to the catering team during events, including serving food and beverages

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or equipment
