Position: Event Ticket Sales Representative
Job Description:
As an Event Ticket Sales Representative at ExtremeTix, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tickets for a wide variety of events, including concerts, sports games, and festivals. You will work closely with event organizers to create customized ticketing solutions that meet their needs and maximize ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers to understand their ticketing needs
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive ticket sales for events
- Provide excellent customer service to event organizers and ticket buyers
- Track sales data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive ticket sales
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the events industry and ticketing technology is a plus
