Fish Place is a well-established Creole & Cajun restaurant located in the heart of downtown New Orleans. We are known for our delicious seafood dishes, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Current Job Openings:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes following recipes and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

2. Server

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

3. Dishwasher

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization tasks
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth flow of dishwashing operations
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. The ability to work well in a team, follow instructions, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and food quality is essential for success in these positions.
