Movers & Full Service Storage

Are you looking for a physically demanding job that keeps you active and engaged? Cool Box Portable Storage is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Movers and Full Service Storage specialists. As a mover with our company, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving our customers’ belongings to and from our portable storage units. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload household and commercial items into portable storage units
• Transport belongings to and from customers’ locations
• Assist customers with packing and unpacking items
• Ensure that all items are properly secured during transport
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior experience in moving or storage industry is a plus

Portable Storage Units

Do you have a knack for organization and logistics? Cool Box Portable Storage is looking for dedicated individuals to work with our portable storage units. As a member of our Portable Storage team, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and servicing our portable storage units at customers’ locations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver portable storage units to customers’ locations
• Set up and secure storage units according to company standards
• Inspect units for damage and cleanliness
• Perform routine maintenance on storage units
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the spot
• Prior experience in logistics or storage industry is a plus

Storage Household & Commercial

Are you a reliable and trustworthy individual looking for a career in the storage industry? Cool Box Portable Storage is currently hiring for positions in our Household and Commercial storage division. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with storing their belongings in our secure storage facilities. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Assist customers with renting storage units
• Provide information on storage options and pricing
• Help customers load and unload items into their storage units
• Maintain a clean and organized storage facility
