Job Title: Orthodontic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the orthodontist during dental procedures
  • Take and develop dental X-rays
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments
  • Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
  • Take impressions of patients’ teeth for study models
  • Perform orthodontic procedures under the supervision of the orthodontist
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Offer support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an orthodontic assistant
  • Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
  • Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
