Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries
- Assist customers with troubleshooting internet connectivity issues and technical support
- Upsell and cross-sell Astound Broadband products and services to existing customers
- Process orders, upgrades, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of internet products and services
