Job Title: Flooring Sales Representative

About the Role:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors and wholesale customers
• Promoting and selling our range of floor materials, including hardwood, laminate, and vinyl
• Educating customers on product features, benefits, and installation techniques
• Tracking sales leads and following up with potential customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably within the flooring industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of floor materials and installation processes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Title: Flooring Installer

About the Role:

• Installing various types of floor materials in residential and commercial properties
• Ensuring proper subfloor preparation and installation techniques
• Working with customers to meet their specific design and functional needs
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in floor installation, with a focus on hardwood, laminate, or vinyl
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in floor installation
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

About the Role:

• Receiving, storing, and distributing floor materials in our warehouse
• Organizing inventory and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing orders for shipment and ensuring timely delivery
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution setting
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing
