We are Currently Hiring for the Following Position: Diamond Buyer

Job Description:

As a Diamond Buyer at Golden Exchange, you will be responsible for evaluating and purchasing diamonds from individual customers and wholesalers. Your primary role will be to assess the quality and value of diamonds based on the 4 C’s (cut, clarity, color, and carat weight), as well as market trends and demand. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the diamond industry.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and appraise diamonds accurately
• Negotiate prices with customers and suppliers
• Maintain detailed records of transactions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diamond buying
• Knowledge of diamond grading and certification
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
