Open Positions

Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation

Qualified candidates for this position must have a valid Registered Nurse license and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred.

Alcoholism Counselor

We are seeking an Alcoholism Counselor to join our team and provide support to veterans struggling with alcohol addiction. Duties for this position include:

• Conducting assessments to determine the level of care needed for each patient
• Developing treatment plans and goals in collaboration with the patient
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Educating patients on the effects of alcohol on their health and well-being

Applicants for this role must have a Master’s degree in counseling or a related field, as well as certification as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Experience working with veterans or in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Certified Nursing Assistant – Hospitals

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to work in our hospitals and provide essential care to our veteran patients. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Taking vital signs and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
• Helping with the transportation of patients to different areas of the hospital

Candidates for this role must have certification as a Nursing Assistant and a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
