As an Iron Work Specialist at JC Hood Iron Fence, you will be responsible for crafting and installing custom iron products, including gates, fences, railings, and other ornamental metal work. This role requires a high level of skill, precision, and creativity to bring our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities:

– Fabricate and weld iron components to create custom pieces
– Install iron products at client sites
– Collaborate with clients and designers to bring creative visions to life
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Ensure all products meet quality standards and are completed on time

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding
– Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
– Strong attention to detail and precision
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Position: Gates & Accessories Designer

We are also looking for a Gates & Accessories Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design custom gates, accessories, and other iron products. You will be responsible for creating unique designs that blend functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Design custom gates, accessories, and other iron products
– Create technical drawings and specifications for fabrication
– Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately
– Stay current on industry trends and new design techniques

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in gate and accessory design
– Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
– Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Position: Ornamental Metal Work Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Ornamental Metal Work Supervisor to lead our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication and installation of ornamental metal work, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise a team of metal workers and fabricators
– Monitor production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
– Conduct quality control inspections of finished products
– Train new employees on company processes and techniques
– Maintain inventory of materials and tools

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal fabrication and ornamental metal work
– Previous experience in a supervisory role
