Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description:

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status and communicate with healthcare team as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care for residents
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans based on resident needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• At least 1 year of experience working in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care and services is a plus
