Position: Banquet Server
As a Banquet Server at Brady’s Landing, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests attending events in our banquet halls. Responsibilities include:
– Setting up banquet hall according to event specifications
– Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner
– Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
– Working closely with the kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless execution of events
Requirements
– Previous experience in banquet service is preferred
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Position: Line Cook
Brady’s Landing is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in our American restaurant. Responsibilities include:
– Preparing ingredients for service
– Cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and standards
– Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
– Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food production
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant setting
– Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Culinary degree or certification is a plus
Position: Catering Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to join our team and drive catering sales for Brady’s Landing. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for:
– Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new catering clients
– Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
– Working with the culinary team to create customized menus for events
– Overseeing the coordination and execution of catering events
Requirements
– Proven track record in catering sales and event planning
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
