• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in major appliance repair
• Certification in major appliance repair preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
